No parking this week. Lots of events
We've got a lot on our plate as it warms up. Lots of college and corporate visits as well as private rentals BUT we'll get out on the street as much as we can and will update you beforehand when we do. By the way, we are working on two big projects that we will reveal in the coming months and that we think will help satisfy your Cupcake Truck fix. Stay tuned.
WE'RE GOING BACK TO COLLEGE!
This week, we will be swinging by QU on Wednesday for a fundraiser benefiting Invisible Children. If you're on campus, we hope you will stop by, treat yourself to a cupcake and donate what you can to this cause (we're donating a percentage of sales and all tips). Then later this week, we'll be back at the UNH handing out goodies to hungry students there craving a good cupcake. We look forward to seeing you all again!

We're also getting our ducks in order for the Milford Harbor Duck Race this Sunday! The Truck won't be there this year but we're buying a duck (as well as donating raffle prizes) and will be rooting for it. If we win, some lucky Cupcake Truckers will be enjoying some great treats. Hope you can get out there and enjoy the day.

Parking tonight @ 8pm
We're still trying to work on our exact parking spot BUT we will be as close to 50 Orange Street in Downtown New Haven (Art Space) as we can. We'll post/tweet our location as soon as we know it.
We'll have Chocolate, Red Velvet, Vanilla, Root Beet, Sweet Potato Pecan cupcakes along with Chocolate, Vanilla and Malted Vanilla buttercreams and Cream Cheese Frosting.
Come on out and get your Easter dessert or just an after-dinner treat.

Here's to a Happier, Healthier Earth!
We've been pondering how best to celebrate the amazing planet we all share. We finally decided that nothing short of a fantastic new cupcake would do, one that could live on on our menu.
A HEALTHY CUPCAKE?
Have we got a treat for you today! Whether or not you're into "healthy" food, we have a cupcake that you're gonna absolutely lo-ove. We call it The Health Nut and it's full of wonderful stuff and is seriously delicious. It has NO dairy (milk, cream, butter), eggs, white flour, tons of sugar or any artificial flavors.
What it does have is organic whole wheat flour, antioxidant-rich organic cocoa, organic, fresh-ground flax seeds, non-GMO soy milk, non-hydrogenated shortening and margarine, natural peanut butter and organic coconut oil. And that frosting! Fluffy, creamy, chocolatey and nutty all at the same time. We have a limited supply in our store today and we hope you can stop in.
SATURDAY, WALK THIS WAY
We'll be sure to bring some more with us when we park tomorrow. We were invited to stop by Artspace in New Haven for a fashion seminar event called "The Urban Catwalk". We're still working on the parking particulars and will confirm once we know them.
IT'S THE LITTLE THINGS
Can't make it to the store or Truck this week. Here are two more simple ways to make a difference in the world. 1) Join the Elm City Market Coop. 2) Plant something. Even if you live in the tiniest apartment ever, you can still grow a tomato plant in a pot and enjoy at least one fresh, healthy vegetable for many months of the year.
