Come out and grab a Chocolate, Red Velvet, Vanilla or Root Beer cupcake with a variety of our delicious buttercreams and frostings. We're hoping for a parking spot near the intersection of College St. and Congress Ave. and will update you via Twitter and our blog if we have to look elsewhere.

EVENTS THIS WEEKEND
We'll be parking at the Make a Wish Foundation's Walk for Wishes at Jennings Beach in Fairfield. Register to walk today and come out and support a great cause.

We're also sponsoring and will be parking at the New Haven Symphony's Run for the Music in College Woods Pavilion at East Rock Park, New Haven. Hope you and the family can register and come on out and participate.

We'll post our parking time and locations for both events by tomorrow.

The Cupcake Truck will be out this Sat & Sun

Weather permitting, we'll be back out in time for Mother's Day with your favorite flavors along with some new goodies. We'll have some of our Cinco de Mayo special, a sweet, salty, tart, yummy Margarita Buttercream and our new May flavor, Rosé & Roses.

This last treat we whipped up just for mom who's sure to love the delicate, feminine flavor of the local rosé wine we discovered (it's delicious to drink, too!) topped with a luxurious rose buttercream rosette. Of course, you can always gild the lily and get a candied rose petal on top :) We hope you can stop by and get the amazing women in your life a few.

We're not parking the Truck today. We've got some behind-the-scenes paperwork and catching up to do before we hit the streets later this week. We'll definitely update you beforehand with our parking places and times.

HOW BOUT A DRINK?
This week, we're debuting two intoxicating new flavors. A Cinco de Mayo special: Coconut cupcakes with a Margarita buttercream, Tequila and toasted (what else?) coconut topping. Available on Thursday only. Then to celebrate moms everywhere, we'll be making a Rosé & Roses flavor which will be on the menu starting this Friday and every Friday and Saturday in May.
